Shade Sail Maintenance

In our 15 years of experience, we have found that annual maintenance will ensure the longevity of your shade sails for years to come. Having your sails maintained during the winter months can remove the risk of your sails being damaged during any winter storms. For extra insurance we can store your sails upon request.

REGULAR SHADE SAIL CLEANING

We use an environmentally friendly soaking process and specialised equipment to remove ingrained dirt, moss, mould and lichen. We do not use harsh detergents or abrasive scrubbing that can cause degradation of the sail or cover over time.

REPAIRS

Our installers are equipped for basic onsite repairs including, re-tensioning and fixture adjustments. When your shade sail requires more attention, we take the sail down and undertake the repairs in-house.

Sometimes your shade sail will be beyond repair, resulting from damages or age. Shade Sail Services can install a new sail with options to improve the design and longevity. See remakes for more information on replacing your shade sail.

EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS

Our team is available after hours for emergency calls. During major storms, damage can occur. We can attend your site and make the area safe to prevent further harm to your property, individuals or shade sail itself. We can store your shade sails for you as you undertake an insurance claim. Of course, we can provide a quote for repair or remake for your insurance claim.
